Policy and Regulation

The success of Georgian businesses in development of ICT depends on private initiatives. Yet there are roadblocks that only technology and business friendly public policies can remove in order to maximize the benefits that arise from the development and utilization of ICT in benefit to Georgian economy and society. This is why the Georgian ICT cluster seeks proactive engagement  with Government of Georgia in elaboration of policy framework that is even more conductive to open and fair market development. To achieve this goal we undertake the following:

Open communication

Establishing regular communication mechanisms, including meetings and round table discussions with representatives of Government of Georgia, international organizations and other policy advisers.

Policy advice

Developing proposals for the Government of Georgia on policy changes and joint collaboration initiatives.
